A Sales Agent shall explain to the customer the details of the product offered or refer the customer to the company for the same if need be. Any such referal should bear the Agent's reference number.

Where Design and Quotation is required as is common with most cases, the Agent is to seek such a service from the company sales department.

Sales agent shall refer to a price list / shedule given or accessed online or provided by the Sales Manager to give quotes to customers.

Once a customer is willing to buy, he or she shall be provided with a Sales Order which he / she shall have to approve before making payments. This may be accompanied with an Sales Invoice / Receipt.

Upon confirmation of successful payment, a Dispatch order and / or Delivery Note shall be generated that shall accompany delivery of goods.

The company shall deliver the products to the customer's site.

Trasportation will be at the Customer's expense except for deliveries within Nairobi County.
